A fabulous hotel

Our magic friend Jennifer have delighted us with her opinion on Tripadvisor

My family and I go every year to this magic hotel chain. We were at Tropicana, Fenicia, Cristal Park etc. and for me they were really good. There were no old rooms or noisy air-conditioning, nothing like that, just the opposite, we were really comfortable, the swimming pool with many people but it was possible, the attention was great and everybody was really nice.

She stayed on June, 2011 and was traveling with her family

An excellent staff and nice located

We thank Maria Rodriguez for posting her opinion on Tripadvisor.

”I stayed with my family at Crystal Park, and we will be back, we were delighted, my little girl really liked it and has enjoyed it. We had a problem with the air-conditioning and the chair bed, but the assistant manager helped us and solved the problem immediately, a ten for Ana. The food was really good, a lot of variety and the staff really kind. We had a fantastic week, on which I would like to thank you from where I am (here). The only sticking is the in front of the reception, worst I suppose that would be normal at 1 o clock in the afternoon, worst if they need to consider this, especially for the little ones that can be tired really fast.”

Familiar and clean environment

Our magic friend Cesar have published his opinion on tripadvisor, which we are delight to share with you:

”Hi, I stayed the last week of September with my family, doubting about the ones that told me to choose for the magic hotel chain, and they didn’t disappoint me. Taking in consideration the simplicity of the hotel, they put attention to the customers, the good and acceptable food and the cleaning. They would like to have hotels of more stars. You can see that the directive have good eyes of choosing its girls, there were two that from their race you could tell that they were south-Americans. I think their name were Tamara and the other rose that were …..ufffff…. really efficient and kind, and though the detail may be superfluous, ashtrays were always clean and terraces aswell. In general, good hotel and is recommendable, don’t doubt that I will advice it to my friends in the next holidays, greetings to you all and thank you.”

Super good

This family has also spoken about its stay in Cristal and we are delight to share its experience with all of you:

”this August we stayed at this hotel with my four year old son.The experience has been superpositive, excellent food, staff and facilities. It felt like home and besides we were staying in the middle of the city. The hotels in this chain are also fantastic, but for us Is Cristal better because everything is accesable and you don’t need to take the car if you don’t want to. If EVERETHING IS STILL THE SAME AND IF THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGE, WE WILL REVISIT YOU NEXT YEAR… thank you very much to all the workers at Crystal for making our stay much better, a kiss and see you soon.”

Great hotel

Let’s see a comment from Alan on the Cristal Park.

second stay at this hotel but this time in the s/c apartments on the gold card all inclusive worth paying a little extra for the gold card 6 euros aday minimum three day stay the apartment we had was three bed rooms one with onsueit very modion over looking the park the food is good mostly english with beer or wine or soft drinks over all staff are friendly and the magic cafe enterainment good

Room Tip: apartments is the best option

Brilliant!!!!

Ben would like to share with us his trip in the Cristal Park

stayed in the hotel for a week with the wife, room was good and was cleaned daily. we were all inclusive, plenty choice of food lots of space in resturants. evening entertainment was average, ‘him and her’ were a bit boring, bar staff were excellent (always ask for trevor!!) cant wait to go back!!!

Room Tip: we had a room on the main road and it was noisey on a night at times

Fantastic Once Again

One of our Magic customers, Nigel has let a comment on The Cristal Park.

Rooms ok for what we wanted, helpful and friendly waiters in granada restaurant best thing about the hotel is the magic cafe which never lets us down with great entertainment from him and her who really get every one going and joining in together.(they are the reason we keep coming to this hotel).great bar staff(anita, trevor and fakir) very friendly and helpful.if you go on a wednesday dont be put off by the entertainment its anne marie and andys day off.

Magic magic magic

One of our Magic Amigos share with us his journey on Tripadvisor.

another great holiday here again. the staff are very helpful and pleasant from reception dining hall barstaff and cleaning service. i would like to mention the magic cafe staff are exceptional anita trevor and of course him and her anne marie and andy they make you welcome and involve everyone in the entertainment whether your young or old. we will be back in feb for another fantastic week with the gang looking forward to the fancy dress nights and seeing all the others that go year after year.
