”Another great New Year helped by the hard working staff at the Hotel, expecialy Andy and Anne Marie in the Magic Cafe, no need to go out of the hotel at night, when it is there in house, the Meat Loaf tribute is great, they made you feel very welcome, great entertainers. The food was good and hot, plenty of choice, friendly English speaking staff in lower restaurant. Bit of an uphill walk from shops and beach but in a good central position. looking forward to next New Year, from one of the wig wam bamers

”Firstly we would like to thank Anne Marie from the Magic Rock and Thomas Cook for their help in re-locating our booking to the Magic Cristal Park. We should have been staying at the Magic Aqua Rock throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays, but due to a temporary hotel closure we were allocated rooms at the Magic Cristal Park.
Our rooms were lovely, clean and spacious, facing towards the inside atrium of the hotel. Rooms were cleaned each day and fresh bathroom towels provided, if required.
The food at the Cristal park is excellent with plenty of choice. If staying A/Inc meals can also be taken at the other hotels within the group. This is a friendly, older style hotel in the Old Town, so if you like more modern surroundings, it may not suit you.
The Magic Cafe is located on the lower ground floor at the back of the hotel facing the park. It’s a great place to meet up with old friends and provides enjoyable entertainment in the evenings. Morgan Taylor, Him and Her, Magic tricks with Lionel, the Spanish Dancing, the two Latin American dancers and all the other acts were really good. Heard a few complaints about the Music being just a bit too loud, some of the time.
Thanks also to the bar staff at the Magic Cafe, Anita, Trevor and Paco for for making our stay enjoyable.
A Special Thankyou to the Manager and to all his staff for all their hard work. Well Done.

Our greetings to Jean for having posted on Tripadvisor about the good servicies she enjoyed.

I have now stayed at the Cristal Park every year for the past 7 years, it was my friend Pat first year, we cannot fault the hotel, the staff are all very friendly and helpfull, starting with reception, Malinda couldnt be more helpfull and pleasant plus spoke very good english, rooms were kept very clean, were cleaned daily beds made clean towels etc, bar staff eg Anita, Christina, Trevor, Farka and others after a few days knew exactly what you drank which made for quick service, they were all very pleasant.
I have to mention the Magic Cafe what a delight it was to go down to the Magic Cafe of an evening, the entertainment was brilliant Anne-Marie and her hubby Andy are so talented they are both very good singers and entertainers, they could get the crowd going with thier music and other entertainments like games, bingo and the quiz nights, it must be so difficult to keep on comming up with new and great idea’s to entertain us holiday makers as there are so many different nationalities to entertain, they have never let me down yet, i always see a lot of smiling faces at the Magic Cafe, its always a great night, thankyou Him; n her you realy helped make our holiday, i thought i would mention Trevor as he works so hard, when i have sometimes went down early maybe 7.30 pm Trevor would be there putting out the table and chairs etc, a very hard worker, thankyou all at The Cristal Park Hotel and the Magic Cafe for makeng our holiday a great one, see you all next year, Jean and Pat x
