Following our stay in the magic cristal park we were so upset that we had to come home we only went for 1 week wish we had gone for longer all the staff were brilliant kim and steve were the best pool was good sun terrace was brill you could be private or mixed in.

Sun loungers or chairs and a lovely view and breeze with been on the roof meaning you could sit for longer .the only thing that i could moan about would be the lift’s kept breaking down. The food was very good but not enough choise for veggies and i think there should be chicken for every meal i only eat chicken and turkey so some nights i only ate salad or veg and every thing had ham in or on it .(not good) if you want a view make sure you book one as we looked out on to a brick wall but we were not bothered because we only showered and slept in our room.

We are going back to the cristal park again can recommend 3rd sept to 10th sept 08

I just come back from my 14 days holidays in Cristal Park and I wish to stay longer. There were some problems on the beginning with my room but reception staff tried to sorted this strikingly.
With reference to my conformation I suppose to get a twin room but hotel receive from agency which I booked with a single. I get small room but quiet with nice cooling air conditioning. I thought that I am not going to spend my holidays in the room anyway. So I left my luggage and went straight away to bar to have a drink. It was already late around 12am so bar staff started taking chairs and tables from outside. Juan Carlos let me stay outside and talk on the phone. I also explain to him my frustration, maybe he didn’t catch everything but it was nice to throw this out. All bar staff was very friendly.

Hotel has got cover pool on roof which is nice if you are fed up with sun and want to hide a little bit. On the pool bar is working lovely Kim.

Meals were delicious, a big choice of food. Location brilliant. Close to the beach and main shopping area also clubs or pubs. There are two areas to go out English and Spanish one by the beach. You decide how you want to spend your time after varied hotel entertainments. They started around 9-10 pm. Thanks to Gorge I could see parrots, snakes, owls, some flamenco dancing and many others.

When I am reading other reviews I am wondering if it the same hotel or people just like moaning. My stay was brilliant. I also visited others hotels from this chain with nice open swimming pool but I was always happy to come back to Cristal.
I wish to speak Spanish better or them have more English speaking staff.
I would also recommend to visit Mundomar which is near by.

Having just returned from this hotel i felt i had to write a review as the hotel and holiday were simply superb at the cristal Park everything the website offered was there and MORE!!!!!!! the food was utterly brilliant and we could not find any fault at all with it.
We travelled in 2 families of three each with a teenage daughter and had a wonderful time.

The location of the hotel was wonderful right in the heart of everything but with no loud disco,s or bars that close to disturb your sleep.

The rooms were cleaned every day by lovely maids, the staff all around the hotel were so helpful and polite.

You could eat and snack for about 16/18 hours a day and drink for the full 24!!!!!!

the only misgiving i had BEFORE we went was the pool being on the roof top no problem at all it was beautiful up there with the most stunning views of benidorm and so relaxing with so much to do this was my personal favourite place in the hotel especially as it had its own snack bar and drinking bar up there as well !!!
well done Cristal Park me,my family and our friends had a truly superb time at your hotel and i would not hesitate to reccommend you !

I’ve been in Benidorm the final of May, just to tell my fantastic story there. While we arrived, we just had to tell them our name and our booking number. The receptionnist has a large smile when she gave us the key, and explained us how to get the room. I and my family werw very happy to be well-received like that, because some experiences ours weren’t as good as this one.

We were very happy too thanks to the other services the Group gave us, like the visits for the other hotels, having fun of the Zoo ( a very beautifull Zoo with theme : villages from everywhere).

Then we went to the excalibur for the Medieval dinner show. It was so good, my son was as happy as he was when I told him we has one week to spend in Spain.

I spent amazing holidays in the Magic Cristal Park last summer. My friends wanted to go to benidorm and did not know what hotel to sleep in for one week, so I just shared my experience with them and they are going to the Magic Cristal park hotel. I wanna thank all the people that work there because they are so nice and welcoming.

Reviews of a client.-
I would just like to make you aware of what a wonderful holiday the four of us had at the Magic Crystal Park, Benidorm. We found the hotel to be immaculately clean (although perhaps in need of some modernisation in places). Our rooms were cleaned every day, the food was far superior to that which I have experienced elsewhere (including some four star hotels).

The variety and quality of the choices of food and the presentation was most appealing. There was also plenty for everyone with an excellent selection of salad, fruit, tapas, hot and cold mains, hot and cold deserts soups and biscuits, with children specially catered for. The choice of drinks was also of a very good standard and there was a wide choice.
There was the added bonus of being able to drink and eat at all of the other Amiga Hotels! The hotel staff were very accomodating and always there to help. The entertainment was also very good, particuilarly the birds of prey show, which I would recommend to anyone. The hotel has 5 bars 2 restaurants, a gym, sauna, indoor pool and jacuzzi, with an excellent terrace with sea views.

The hotel is situated in a great position close to the beach and the town centre, with both the old and new town easily accessable. All in all an excellent holiday and I would like to thank all the staff there for all their hard work and for making all of us feel so welcome.

We would have no hesitation in going back again!

Me and a good friend (both in our 40s) wanted a last minute A.i. 1week holiday and were worried about what we could get with two days notice for £320, but weren’t disappointed with Magic Crystal Hotel. Many people we met had been several times before! It’s in town, 5 mins walk from the sea, 20 mins walk to the Bus or train stn. On arriving we were pleased to feel as though we were in Spain and not little England as there were a lot of Spanish bustling noisily around the small but nice foyer! (Brits are in the minority). We were given Rm 719, a large double bedroom plus a separate area with a sofabed, TV Fridge and tea / coffee facilities; balcony with side sea view; bathroom. Our room could do with a spruce-up but was kept clean with fresh rough towels! Staff are friendly and helpful but there aren’t enough of them to help carry bags to the rooms unless absolutely necessary. Weather was surprisingly good at over 20c and we made good use of the roof bar and sunterrace with views over the city and sea. The pool is a bit cold, but the jacuzzi warm. THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD! Lots of choice, variety and good quality every day. See pics. in fact a lot of the other hotel guests come to eat here (but it never got too busy or ran out of food). You can use any of the other 8 hotels in the magic group to eat / drink / see entertainment. Several evenings entertainment were good, some were dated but fun for the kids (parrot or snake show), but the resident singer here doesn’t inspire people to dance. Benidorm beaches and town are nice and more upmarket than Brits think, and we would come again, but remember magic is 3star and some years old, so don’t expect perfection. Tim.

Cristal Park Hotel is a lovely family resort with everything to offer! Perfect location with a 5 minute walk to the beach, the old town on one side offers a quite, relaxed and traditional atmosphere to explore while the busier side offers lively bars, restaurants and entertainment for every age. Playa De Lavante beach we found to be immaculate.
The Cristal Park offers a beautiful spread at the buffet both hot and cold menu changing each night, much to our daughters delight there was a chocolate fountain. The rooms were spotless with TV and fridge with towels changed daily. All staff were very helpful. Everything dealt with a smile. Evening Entertainment was poor but when you are in Benidorm its worth going out as there is so much to do.

Our stay was excellent. I do however think that the rooms leave a lot to be desired and with the exception of a couple of the staff they were very unwelcoming. That did not detract from the value for money aspect though.

I hang an oppinion about Magic Cristal Park from Mr./Mrs. mopwashington from Washington that is placed on Tripadvisor:just returned from 1 week in cristal park hotel.
it was absolutely fantastic!
Staff very obliging.rooms a little dated but nipping clean. food very good and plenty of it.all inclusive 24 hours means just that. e. g. after coming back to hotel after night out at 2. 30 a.m. we could help ourselves to drinks and sandwiches.i was a bit sceptical about the roof top pool but it was brill.as you can imagine 7 floors up it was a sun trap.i would not hesitate to recomend this hotel, and i am going to book for later on in the year.
